Job Description

Smarter Good is looking for Research Interns who will be responsible for developing in-depth and up-to-date research profiles on foundations, corporations, government agencies, and other types of funders. These profiles will be used to build the funder pipelines of Smarter Good’s clients. As Interns, you will analyze, synthesize, and write funder profiles based on available internal research data, and conduct additional research as necessary to update and complete funder profiles. Adhering to Smarter Good’s quality standards for research and for data confidentiality, as well as the ability to utilize various technologies, including AI and funder search engines to perform tasks effectively, will be critical for a successful internship experience.

How to qualify

To be considered for this internship opportunity, you should:

  • Be in your 3rd or 4th year at university
  • Have a strong interest in the social impact sector and social entrepreneurship
  • Have strong research and analytical skills
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess attention to detail
  • Respect deadlines and adhere to quality standards
  • Are proficient in utilizing technology, including AI and web search engines
